Digitally Updating Jobs For Cancel, Unsuccessful or GOA in Towbook

Get your time back! We've eliminated the need for you to call us to make updates to your live Agero jobs.

Canceled, Unsuccessful, or GOA job statuses can now be quickly and easily updated directly within Towbook by your dispatchers and admins.

Once changes are submitted, the job status will be automatically revised and no further action will be required from you. Job invoices will also be updated to reflect the correct payment.

That means no more calls and no more hold lines to make these updates to live jobs.

1. Choose the request option from the job details menu:

(Note: jobs need to be in an onsite status to be marked as Unsuccessful or GOA.)
