Adding Storage to an Invoice

In this training we will cover how to add storage to an invoice in the Active or Done tab.

There are many ways to add a vehicle to storage. Ideally, you will add storage to the live Swoop job during dispatch. If that is not the case, we will cover how to add vehicles in manually below.

Adding storage to any ticket is easy and can be done by clicking the edit pencil button on an active or done job. Once the job form is up, make sure to select a service regarding a tow. For example, the option will not be available if the service is battery jump or lock out. 

Once all the information is in the ticket, click  save and storage will be added to the ticket. This means that when the job is completed in the system, the vehicle will be stored in your storage tab.
