Receiving a New Job from your Dispatch
When you are assigned a new job, you will receive a text message and phone call notification from an automated phone number.

You should save the number in your contacts as Swoop. No action is required on the phone call or text message, they are simply notifying you to open the Swoop app to see the new job details. 

At this point you will open up the Swoop Towing app and see the new job in your Queue.

The new job assigned will have some minor details like Account name, location, service type, and Swoop ID number. To view the full set of details, click anywhere in the details view to expand.

You can scroll through this information to see all the details in full. Once you are ready to drive to the customer, click the green “Start Route” button at the bottom.
