Requirements & Guidance on Photo Capture for Jobs and Additional Charges
Photos are required for every job, regardless of service type. When it is safe to do so, it is in your best interest to share as many photos as possible during each job.

Taking quality photos for every service job ensures operational accuracy, streamlines additional charges, and significantly minimizes financial and legal liabilities.

Core Photo Requirements (All Road, Tow, & Accident Jobs)

Standard Corners: Take a minimum of four pictures of the vehicle—one of each corner—at both pick-up and drop-off.

Note: Drop-off photos are strictly mandatory to change a job status to completed.

Identifiers: Capture clear photos of the VIN, license plate, and visible signage of the delivery location.

Pre-existing Damage: Take at least three close-up pictures of any pre-existing damage immediately upon arrival at the disablement scene, before touching or interacting with the vehicle

No Duplicates: Unique, non-duplicated photos are required for all jobs.
Specialized Job Requirements
1. Accident Jobs

Scene Documentation: Photograph the environment, debris, relevant landmarks, and any local signage to provide context.

Involved Vehicles: Take photos of all vehicles involved in the incident, ensuring license plates are clearly visible where possible.
2. Storage Yard Jobs

Receipt Verification: Uploading a photo of the itemized receipt is mandatory for any job involving a payout.
3. Additional Charge Requests (Dolly, Labor, Ramps, etc.)
Photo proof is strictly required to substantiate extra equipment or labor on-scene. Failing to upload supporting photos will result in an immediate rejection of the request.

Applicable Charges: Includes but is not limited to: Accident Clean Up, Disconnect Driveshaft, Dolly, Extreme Damaged Vehicle, GoJak, Mobile Charge, Ramps, Labor, Ferry, Snatch Block, Tire Skates, Tire Disposal, Second Truck, or Second Services. (Examples of approved images below)
