Important: To ensure uninterrupted access to Agero jobs - log into Swoop.
Your ability to accept and manage Agero jobs digitally is crucial, and we know how many of you rely on third-party dispatch software for your daily operations. We’re proactively reaching out to share a simple, important step you can take to ensure uninterrupted access to Agero jobs - in the unlikely event that Towbook experiences an outage.
The only step you need to take is to log into Swoop.
That’s right. If Towbook were to go down, you would simply need to log into your Swoop mobile or web app to continue receiving digital job offers and manage those jobs seamlessly.

Have you checked your Swoop user setup recently?
To be fully prepared, please take a moment to confirm your team’s Swoop login credentials and ensure the right roles are secured:
For Dispatchers: Make sure they have active Swoop accounts with the ability to accept and manage jobs.
For Drivers: Confirm they have Swoop accounts set up on their mobile device to receive and update job assignments.
Need to create new users in Swoop?
All user accounts must be created by an admin within the Swoop desktop version, app.joinswoop.com. Once the account is created there, the user will be able to log into the mobile app.
