Towbook Terminal Status Update

Towbook recently introduced 4 new terminal status options that simplify the process of resolving an accident scene and/or vehicle release management specific job.

Delivered: Vehicle has been successfully delivered to the specified Agero Tow-To location

Stored Will Tow Out: Vehicle could not be delivered to the specified Agero Tow-To location, you've brought the vehicle to your storage lot and you are willing to tow it to another destination.

  • When this option is selected Agero will contact you with new Job ID and Tow-To destination details.

Stored Unable to Tow Out: Vehicle could not be delivered to the specified Agero Tow-To location, you've brought the vehicle to your storage lot, but Agero will need to arrange for transportation to the next destination.

  • When this option is selected, Agero will contact you to coordinate a pickup time/date
Destination Refused Vehicle: This is a last resort option for when the vehicle is refused by Agero's specified Tow-To location and you do not have the ability to store the vehicle yourself.
  • When this option is selected you must call us at 866-359-5425 (available 24/7) or chat us via info.agero.com/sp-chat-asm (available M-F 8am-8pm EST) so we can redirect you to an updated drop-off location
