In the Swoop web version, you will be able to review jobs that have not yet been dispatched to a driver in the "Pending" table within the Jobs Dashboard.
In the Swoop mobile app, these jobs (along with job offers and assigned jobs) are in the Dispatch Tab. Before a driver is assigned, the job details will denote "Accepted;" this will change to "Dispatched" once a driver has been assigned.
