Once we receive your recommendation, we'll see if the provider is already a member of our network. If not, we'll send them our application and encourage them to apply. Once your referral is activated in our Network and meets our criteria, we'll send a $50 gift card to you and a $50 gift card to them.
During the application process, the Service Provider will have to provide additional compliance information, verified by our Network Management team:
- Certificates of Insurance reflecting our minimum insurance requirements
- Commitment to our Service Level Agreement to ensure consistent performance
- Evidence of completed background checks on all employees to ensure the highest level of safety & security
