Nominate a volkswagen Preferred service provider to work with agero
At Volkswagen Roadside, it's our goal to exceed customers’ expectations with every roadside event. Our diligent and professional network of Service Providers is at the core of this initiative. Help us identify new talent and recruit top providers by completing the brief referral form to the right.
Once we receive your recommendation, we'll see if the provider is already a member of our network. If so, we will include them in Volkswagen’s roadside network. If not, we'll send them our application and discuss the process.
During the application process, the Service Provider will have to provide additional compliance information, verified by our Network Management team:
- Certificates of Insurance reflecting our minimum insurance requirements
- Commitment to our Service Level Agreement to ensure consistent performance
- Evidence of completed background checks on all employees to ensure the highest level of safety & security
