If you find that our emails are landing in your "Promotions" tab or if you aren't seeing them at all, there are a few simple steps you can take to make sure you never miss a message.

Quick Tips to Prioritize Our Emails

The most effective way to ensure our emails reach your primary inbox is to signal to your email provider that you want to see them. Here’s what you can do:

• Add Us as a Contact: Hover over our sender name in any email you've received from us (ageronews@agero.com) and select "Add to Contacts". Emails from saved contacts are much more likely to be delivered directly to your Primary inbox.
• The "Drag and Drop" Method: If you find one of our emails in your Promotions tab, simply click and drag it over to the "Primary" tab. When your email provider asks if you’d like to do this for all future messages from us, click "Yes".

By taking these small steps, you help train your email's algorithm to recognize our communications as important to you, allowing you to never miss an important Agero update.
