Reviewing damage claim details

Log into your Swoop account via app.joinswoop.com on your laptop or desktop computer (we do not recommend using a mobile device). Then, navigate to "Insights" in the main menu at the top of your screen. Head on over to the Damage Claims tab in your Insights Dashboard.

Here you can access charts with details and statuses of claims in information collection, review, or closed phases. You'll also have the opportunity to view key statistics on your damage rate, claims paid by Agero, total claims costs, and a data table with information on claims made against you that were dismissed by Agero.
