How do I know if I have coverage?You’re covered if you are an active Harley Owners Group member, which provides Deluxe roadside coverage for up to two Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Can I be towed to any repair center?
When towing is necessary, Deluxe and Ultra Plus cover the motorcycle in full to the nearest authorized Harley-Davidson Dealership Repair Facility. Automobiles covered under the Ultra+ package are covered to any destination up to 35 miles.

Agero is the provider for Harley Owners Group Roadside Assistance.

Coverage is extended to any active Harley Owners Group member riding their Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

How much does Harley Owners Group Roadside Assistance cost?DELUXE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE - Included with your Harley Owners Group annual membership fee ($59). Up to 52 services per year (Max 1 per week) for 2 H-D® motorcycles. Purchase directly on Harley-Davidson's website (h-d.com/hog).

When does coverage begin?
Sign and drive coverage means your motorcycle is covered as soon as your Harley Owners Group or Ultra Plus dues are paid.

What do I do if I need emergency roadside service?
In the event that your ride is cut short due to an unexpected roadside event, rest assured—we have your back.
To get roadside assistance, call 1-888-443-5896 and select Option 1 to be connected to a Harley Owners Group roadside assistance coordinator.
Make sure to have your Harley Owners Group member ID (ex. US12345678) and H-D VIN handy to get quicker help.
You must call and arrange service through the H.O.G.® Roadside Assistance provider to receive coverage.
With Harley Owners Group Roadside Assistance, you can rest easy knowing that you are covered 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, everywhere in the US and Canada.

What happens after I call for assistance?
A response specialist will first address your safety concerns. If you are not in a safe location, the response specialist will keep you on the line while they contact emergency assistance for you. In the other cases, the response specialist will then contact the appropriate type of roadside help you require, and will then call/text you to provide you information on when you may expect the arrival of the service professional. Additionally, you will be contacted after service to ensure that the services provided met your expectations.

Is there a limit to how often I can use the service?
Harley Owners Group members get up to 52 roadside requests per year (with a max of 1 event per 7 days) covering your Harley-Davidson in full should you have a flat, misplace your keys, run out of fuel or just break down.*
*Towing is covered to nearest Harley-Davidson authorized facility in full.

How do I sign up for the Ultra Plus package?
Go to the Enroll page and input your H.O.G. number and Harley-Davidson VIN. You’ll be asked to pay for your roadside package with a credit card right on the site. Your membership card and full details of all benefits will be emailed to you within 7-10 business days .

How do I cancel my Ultra Plus package?
To cancel your Ultra Plus package, call 1-866-209-8270 or email member_services@crosscountrymotorclub.com to cancel your membership.

Is this auto insurance?
Harley Owners Group Roadside Assistance is not motorcycle insurance and should not be purchased in lieu of an actual insurance policy. Enrolling in Harley Owners Group Roadside Assistance only provides emergency roadside services and does not cover any type of repairs or damages that happen while on the road.
