What exactly is covered under Rider Pass Roadside Assistance?
Rider Pass roadside assistance (H.O.G. Roadside) provides one service per member per year up to $100.
You can purchase an upgraded package that will increase the number of motorcycles covered under the program and covered them in FULL for any roadside event with no limit on the number of miles towed to an authorized Harley-Davidson repair facility.
All motorcycles enrolled in an upgraded package (H.O.G. Deluxe Roadside or Ultra+) will be covered in full for:
- Towing Assistance – When towing is necessary, the Harley-Davidson motorcycle will be towed to the closest qualified service facility at no cost to the HOG Roadside Assistance member.
- Flat Tire Assistance – Towing assistance will be provided if needed.
- Fuel, Oil, Fluid, and Water Delivery Service – An emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid and water will be delivered if your Harley-Davidson motorcycle is in immediate need. (Cost of fuel not included.)
- Lost Key Assistance – Assistance in acquiring a replacement key (cost of parts, labor or delivery not included). Assistance will be provided with the unlocking of motorcycle compartments in the event keys are locked inside the compartments.
- Battery Service – If a battery failure occurs, towing assistance will be provided if needed.
- Extrication Assistance – Assistance with extricating a covered motorcycle when stuck in a ditch or other inaccessible area, when such location is within 50 yards (meters) of a paved road or highway. (Off-road or on unpaved surfaces not included.)
The Ultra Plus package (beyond the Emergency Travel Expense Reimbursement) also includes: coverage for up to three vehicles including H-D motorcycles, cars and light trucks.

Are some Harley-Davidson owners already covered?
You’re covered if you are an active Harley Owners Group member which provides roadside coverage for your Harley-Davidson Motorcycle.

Can I be towed to my own repair center?
When towing is necessary, Deluxe and Ultra Plus covers the motorcycle in full to the nearest authorized Harley-Davidson Repair Facility. Automobiles covered under the Ultra+ package are covered to any destination up to 35 miles.

Who performs the services offered by Harley Owners Group Roadside?
Cross Country Motor Club is the provider for H.O.G. Roadside.

Who is covered for these services?
Coverage is extended to any H.O.G. member or Rider Pass member riding their Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

How much does Harley Owners Group roadside cost?
Rider Pass - Included with your membership. Covers 1 Harley-Davidson motorcycle for one event per year, up to $100.
H.O.G. Deluxe Roadside - $59 annually. Up to 52 services per year (Max 1 per week) for 2 H-D® motorcycles. Purchased directly on Harley's website.
ULTRA PLUS PACKAGE - $69.95 annually. Up to 52 services per year (Max 1 per week) for 2 H-D® motorcycles and one vehicle, including cars and light trucks.

When does coverage begin?
Sign and drive coverage means your motorcycle is covered as soon as your dues are paid.

What do I do if I need emergency roadside service?
In the event that your ride is cut short due to an unexpected roadside event, rest assured you will be back on the road in no time. To get roadside assistance, call your dedicated H.O.G. roadside toll free number located on the back of your H.O.G. membership card (1-888-443-5896) and press option one to be connected to a H.O.G. roadside assistance coordinator. Make sure to have your H.O.G. number handy to get quicker help. With H.O.G. Roadside, you can rest easy knowing that you are covered 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, in every postal code in the US and Canada.

What happens next?
A response specialist will first address your safety concerns. If you are not in a safe location, the response specialist will keep you on the line while they contact emergency assistance for you. In the other cases, the response specialist will then contact the appropriate type of roadside help you require, and will then call you to provide you information on when you may expect the arrival of the service professional. Additionally, you will be contacted after service to ensure that the services provided met your expectations.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can use the service?
Harley Davidson Rider Pass members are eligible for one roadside event per term, up to $100.
H.O.G. members get up to 52 roadside requests per year (with a max of 1 event per 7 days) covering your Harley in full should you have a flat, misplace your keys, run out of fuel or just breakdown.*
*Towing is covered to nearest Harley-Davidson authorized facility in full.

How do I sign up?
Go to the Enroll page and input your H.O.G. number and Harley-Davidson VIN. You'll be asked to pay for your roadside package with a credit card right on the site. Your membership card and full details of all benefits will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days.

When will I receive my fulfillment?
Your Membership Fulfillment Kit will be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks after enrollment.

Can I cancel at any time?
If you have enrolled in H.O.G. Ultra Plus Roadside is not for you, call 1-866-209-8270 or email member_services@crosscountrymotorclub.com to cancel your membership.
To cancel all other programs, contact 800-CLUB-HOG or view your account online.
You will receive a pro-rated refund mailed back to the address we have on file.

Is this auto insurance?
H.O.G. Roadside is not a motorcycle insurance and should not be purchased in lieu of an actual insurance policy. Enrolling in H.O.G. Roadside only provides emergency roadside services and does not cover any type of repairs or damages that happen while on the road.
