Our goal is to deliver exceptional service to every customer during every roadside event, exceeding expectations and delivering on the State Farm brand promise. Our diligent and professional network of contracted Service Providers are at the core of this initiative.

Once we receive your recommendation, we will check to see if the provider is already a member of our network. If they aren't, we'll reach out to them directly and encourage them to apply.
During the application process, the Service Provider will be asked to agree to Agero's terms and conditions, which includes quality standards that were developed in partnership with State Farm. The Service Provider will need to share compliance information that will be verified by our Network Management team, examples of which include:
- Certificates of Insurance reflecting our minimum insurance requirements
- Commitment to our Service Level Agreement to ensure consistent performance
- Evidence of completed background checks on all employees to ensure the highest level of safety & security
