Can I help my customer during a roadside event?
Agents have a direct support portal in the Roadside Agent Insights Dashboard (aid.agero.com) where you can initiate digital service requests, view live events and request support.
If a customer in need of roadside calls in, agents can initiate a digital service request. This will send the customer a SMS with a link to request service. Agents will have immediate visibility to the event.

For requests already in progress, agents can contact Agero for support through the Contact link located in the upper right corner of RoadsideAID.
