Roadside Event Detail

There are two ways you can keep track of important event details in the RoadsideAID dashboard. In each, you'll be able to see the service type, customer details, disablement location and NPS score.

The Happening Now section provides real-time status updates and detailed progress information for ongoing events, allowing you to provide critical updates to your customer.

The separate Roadside Events section provides details on recent, completed activities.
