How to review your job performance

With your job volume impacted by your performance, it is critical you know where to find your performance information, how to interpret it, and where to ask us questions about it when you’re confused or in need of clarification.

The Performance Insights Dashboard in Swoop is where you will go for all data, reporting, and metrics, empowering you as a business owner in managing your team’s performance on Agero jobs and ultimately helping you more effectively work with us. 

Note: only your in-territory jobs will be counted in your call acceptance performance.

To locate the dashboard, simply sign into Swoop, navigate to Reporting in the navigation menu. Then, select Insights and Service Provider Performance:
