Valid Certificates of Insurance (COI) are required for all of our in-network providers. Without the proper COI, you risk your account being placed on hold or being removed from our network.
When your COI is nearing expiration, our compliance team or COI vendor partner, PlusOne Solutions, will reach out to you directly. Please reply to that email or send your renewed Certificate of Insurance to:

As a reminder, Agero requires:
- Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000/occurrence minimum
- Commercial Auto Liability: $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit
- On Hook: Applicable to any provider performing towing services, $150,000/occurrence
- Garage Keepers: Required if you store vehicles at your facility, $150,000/occurrence
- Workers' Compensation for employees (if applicable).
Agero also needs to be listed as an additional insured for General and Auto Liabilities:
