Agero requires:
- Commercial General Liability: $300,000/occurrence** minimum
- Commercial Auto Liability: $300,000/occurrence** Combined Single Limit
- On Hook: Applicable to any provider performing towing services, $100,000/occurrence**
- Garage Keepers: Required if you store vehicles at your facility, $100,000/occurrence**
- Workers' Compensation for employees (if applicable).
* State minimum coverage requirements may be higher and where applicable, Providers must comply with state limits. At present, state minimums supersede these requirements in Colorado, Illinois, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, and New Mexico.
*Alternative Minimums may apply for Providers servicing specific clients.
Agero also needs to be listed as an additional insured for General and Auto Liabilities:
