We've eliminated the need for you to call us to make updates to your live Agero (Swoop) jobs.
Canceled, Unsuccessful, or GOA job statuses can now be quickly and easily updated directly within the Swoop Mobile App or Swoop Desktop version.
Once changes are submitted, the job status will be automatically revised and no further action will be required from you. Job invoices will also be updated to reflect the correct payment.
That means no more calls and no more hold lines to make these updates to live jobs.
This capability will also be available very soon within the third-party dispatching platforms. We will update this article when this change takes place.
