      Updating job info/details

      Job editing functionality is limited for Agero jobs: driver, truck, license, vehicle color, job status, ETA and notes.

      All other updates must be made through our dispatch team. You can chat them using the blue chat bubble in the lower right hand corner of Swoop, or call the job hotline:

      • Accident Jobs: 1-866-359-5425
      • Light, Medium & Heavy Duty Non-AM Jobs: 1-800-541-2262, option 1

      You will be able to edit all details for cash calls or non-Agero jobs that you manage through Swoop.
