Swoop account lockout

Swoop will automatically lock an account after there have been 5 failed login attempts in a row.

When this occurs, a password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with the account. Once you password is updated, you can attempt to sign in again.

NOTE: if you do not have an email address on file within Swoop, you will not be able to receive the password reset email. An admin will need to reset your password for you in Swoop Users section.
