Click the settings wheel icon in the top righthand corner of the Swoop website. The, navigate to "Users."
Select the user you want to update by clicking on the Pencil icon next to the users name.
The Edit User screen will appear. From there you can edit the password or other information, including user permissions, name, phone number, or email.
Make sure to click Save to update.
NOTE: Swoop does not require a user to have an email address registered on file. However, if you do not enter a unique email, you will not be able to use our Forgot Password reset feature, which emails a link to that email address, to allow the user to securely change passwords. Swoop does not have a text message reset capability.
Additionally, an email address must be on file for admins to have permissions to the Swoop Insights reporting feature.
