1.) Navigate to the Users tab. Edit the user by clicking on the pencil icon:
2.) The Edit Record screen will appear. From there you can edit the password or other information, including user permissions, name, phone number, or email.
Make sure to click Save to update.
NOTE: Swoop does not require a user to have an email address registered on file. However, if you do not enter a unique email, you will not be able to use our Forgot Password reset feature, which emails a link to that email address, to allow the user to securely change passwords. Swoop does not have a text message reset capability.
