Welcome to
Agero Plus
The program is currently invite-only.
The Agero Plus program aims to add real, tangible value to providers' work with us. We want to make relationships with us easier and more rewarding than ever before.
Program Mission
We built the Agero Plus bonus program to motivate providers seeking greater growth opportunities working with Agero. Founded on the premise of consistent performance improvement, Agero Plus delivers financial incentives to in-network providers that go above and beyond their typical performance in delivering reliable high quality service for Agero customers.
As a pilot program, we are continually listening to member feedback and redesigning our approach. Our goal is to be easy for our network to do business with and we make occasional updates in the spirit of creating a program that works best for all of us.

What can I expect from the program?
Simple Metrics
You'll receive a simple weekly target: The number of jobs you need to accept that week to earn a bonus. This new approach makes it simple to track progress and manage your business. No more complex calculations - Just a clear and straightforward target.
Motivating Bonus Payouts
Earn cash bonuses by accepting more jobs and meeting your performance targets. Prioritizing our jobs means higher financial earnings for your hard work.
Strategic Weekly Targets & Tracking
Weekly targets will be posted every Wednesday. Performance will be tracked Wednesday through Tuesday each week to help you leverage higher volume days. This way, if your week starts off slow, you'll have a better chance to catch up and hit your targets by taking advance of busier days at the end of the week.
Performance Insights
We're focused primarily on encouraging our providers to prioritize and accept more jobs from us.
• Number of Jobs You Accept - We will give you an actual number of jobs to accept, each week. Example: Your target this week is to accept 100 dispatches. We will track the number of jobs accepted compared to that target.
Agero Plus Portal:
Pilot participants will have access to the Agero Plus performance portal in Swoop. This portal will provide information on your key metric: The number of jobs you accept, including your weekly target and performance towards the goal. Your weekly targets are straightforward: a standardized 5% increase from your historical averages, making it easy to monitor and anticipate your performance. To qualify for bonuses, just maintain the familiar 80% Completion Rate that already aligns with Agero's standards. A raw data table in the portal will share details on how your score is calculated, making the performance metrics clearer and easier to understand.
Pilot Feedback:
Pilot members are asked to provide feedback on the program. We want to know what is most beneficial, what should be changed, and what is truly important to our providers' businesses and their relationship with us. Don't worry, we know time is precious. For feedback that will take longer than a few minutes to provide, respondents will receive a gift card for their time.

What will I be measured on?
The number of jobs you accept in a week. Each week, participating providers will receive a new target, which is determined by averaging past job acceptance numbers over the past four weeks plus a 5% increase.
We also set a simple minimum Completion Rate threshold of 80%, equal to the expected performance already outlined in our Handbook, that must be met in order for a provider to be eligible for a bonus payout.
-
For SPs with no bonus history:
-
Weekly dispatch target will be based on adding 5% to the average number of dispatches accepted over the past 4 weeks.
-
-
For SPs who have bonus history:
-
Weekly dispatch target will be 5% on top of the number of dispatches accepted in the most recent week where a bonus was paid.
-
-
-
What are your weekly goal targets and how are they calculated?
Your weekly targets are set by adding a standardized 5% increase to historical performance averages, you can more easily understand and predict target setting trends as your performance improves.
New targets will be set using your best or average week over the past four weeks, making target-setting more straightforward and aligned with your current performance.

How do I monitor my bonus progress?
As an Agero Plus member, you are eligible to earn bonuses on a weekly basis when you achieve your targets. You can track this performance and your progress toward a bonus payout by visiting the Agero Plus portal in Swoop (app.joinswoop.com/partner/reporting > Agero Plus Portal).
-
What are the bonuses I can expect to earn?
We will pay out a bonus for the job you accept to reach your target (ex. Target is 100, we'll pay for the 100th job). Payouts are $25 for a road job and $50 for a tow job; you will be paid according to the service of that job.
Any accepted jobs above and beyond your target will also earn a per-job bonus. For example, if your target is 100 accepted jobs and you accept 103, you'll receive your bonus on job 100, 101, 102, 103 based on the type of service provided. You will always get paid for the job that hits your goal. Another example is if you accept 95 and your goal was 90, you get paid on jobs 90-95 based on the type of service provided.
-
When can I expect my bonus payouts?
Your bonus payouts will be paid to you on a weekly basis, every Thursday.
We will be measuring your job performance on a Wednesday to Tuesday timeframe.
-
What are the bonus eligibility requirements?
Maintaining a completion rate of at least 80%, aligning with existing Agero standards (For more details on what Agero monitors, head over to p.18 of your Provider Handbook).
If you notice a 1,000,001 weekly target in your Agero Plus portal, it means that your target = N/A. You need to have 28 accepted Auto Assign/ In-Territory offers in the last 4 weeks to qualify. -
How do I access additional support?
You can contact PAG at the standard number at 866-219-8136, Submit a Ticket to PAG or use our PAG Chat to get in touch with us.
-
Can I be removed from Agero Plus?
Because this is a test program, the only requirement for maintaining Agero Plus membership is remaining in good standing as an in-network Agero Provider. If you no longer want to participate in the program, you can let us know by emailing Plus@Agero.com If your account is placed on hold or removed from the network, as per our normal performance and behavior standards, you will also be removed from Agero Plus.
-
Are all my zips/territories included? Are they broken down by Rate Agreement? Can I remove one of my territories from the program while keeping others?
All active in-territory zip codes will be included; providers will not be able to selectively remove zips or territories from the pilot. We will be measuring overall performance across all active coverage zip codes to determine targets and metrics. Territories on hold will not be included.
-
Why can't I view my data and report when I'm in the mobile app view?
Reporting should always be viewed via a desktop/laptop. The dashboard is not optimized for mobile viewing.
