How come a service or class that I added to the platform was not applied to my Agero jobs?

Some settings in Swoop are available for you to edit and can be applied to your non-Agero jobs.

We want to ensure that you are able to use the Swoop platform for both your Agero  jobs as well as your overall business. Last year, we introduced a new structure for Agero jobs called Rate agreements. This enabled more complex and sophisticated logic on rates and we will be building off this in the future. As a result of this, some of the settings around services and classes have been separated for Agero jobs vs. non-Agero jobs.

To view or update your services for Agero jobs:

To view the current settings, click on the ⚙️ in the upper right corner.

Then click on your Rate Agreements tab.

 

To update your services for Agero jobs, contact the Provider Advocate Group

To update services and classes for non-Agero jobs:

Click on the ⚙️in the upper right corner.

Select configure from menu.

Navigate down to the Custom fields section and click on the ✏️ to edit.  You'll notice a banner that these settings will only be applied to jobs where the Account type is not Swoop.
