How do I get help for live tow and roadside jobs?

SP Chat in the Swoop application helps you self-serve and also connects you with an agent, as needed.

If you need help during a live tow or roadside job (non-accident), you will be able to access our live job SP Chat via the internet browser on your computer or your mobile device at: app.joinswoop.com.

Here's how:

Computer: Navigate to your web browser (we recommend Google Chrome) and go to app.joinswoop.com. Once you have logged in and are in your jobs dashboard, you will see the blue chat bubble in the lower right hand corner.

Mobile Device Web: Navigate to your web browser (we recommend Google Chrome), go to app.joinswoop.com and log in. You may get a pop up asking you to use the Swoop mobile app - please close this notification and stay in your browser. Once you are in your jobs dashboard, you will see the blue chat bubble in the lower right hand corner of your mobile screen.

Mobile Device App: Our live job chat is not currently available within the Swoop mobile app, but this is in development. You will need to use a web browser, as noted above.

For details on how SP Chat works and how to best utilize it, check out our latest video below. You can also digitally update the status of a live job within your Job Dashboard in Swoop by following these instructions without needing the help of a team member.

NOTE: SP chat in Swoop is for live job updates only. If you need help with your account, have a billing issue or other need, please connect with the Provider Advocate Group at info.agero.com/network
