How to Activate Your Swoop Account

Follow these steps to activate your Swoop account, then connect your Agero account to receive Agero dispatches in Swoop

Log into My Swoop Account

 


Log into your Swoop Account:

  1. Click the Log into My Swoop Account button above.
  2. You'll be taken to the Swoop forgot password page. Use the email address you have on file with Agero for the Username or email field and click the Send Link button.
  3. You'll be sent an email to reset your password. Click on the link in that email, reset your password, and you'll be logged into your Swoop portal. Then come back to this email and follow the rest of the instructions below to connect your Agero account.

 Connect your Agero Account: 

  1. While in Swoop, click on the Settings wheel in the upper right-hand corner, then click on the Integrations tab.
  2. Click the Connect button and then log into your Agero account using your AgeroSupport username and password.
  3. Once back in Swoop, click the Configure button, verify or edit your account details, including your facility location, and toggle on the Agero can dispatch jobs to this site button.
  4. You'll be taken back to the Integrations page with a message stating that the integration was successful. To check the status, you can click the motor club icon in the header (it may take a few seconds to update).
