Job volume & Swoop selection

The Swoop platform ranks a list of possible providers for a job to determine who will receive the offer.* 

The selection logic uses three key factors in this process (acceptance rate is not currently used in selection):

  • Quality: Your 30-day rolling Net Promoter Score (NPS) average and your Completion Rate. 
  • Cost: Your base rate per job and your add-charge average (weighted by amount and frequency) compared to others in your area. 
  • Location: The distance between your dispatch address and the customer’s disablement location.

With quality, cost and location within your control, you have influence over the amount of potential volume you receive.

To review your performance data and understand where you are excelling and where you have opportunities for improvement, log into Swoop and navigate to Insights.

Use the details on this reporting page to talk with your drivers and dispatchers to improve their performance on Agero jobs. 

To review your rates, just sign into Swoop, navigate to your user settings in the upper right hand corner. 

Then, click on "Rate Agreements" within the navigation bar as shown below:

*Note: Swoop will only consider providers that are signed up for the necessary service capabilities, equipment and business hours.
