Job Volume & the Swoop Selection Process

The Swoop platform uses an algorithm (a mathematical equation) to rank a list of possible providers for a job and determine who will receive the offer.*

The algorithm uses three key factors in this process:

  • Quality: Your 30-day rolling Net Promoter Score (NPS) average.
  • Cost: Your base rate, estimated for each unique job based on your contract with us.
  • Location: The distance between your dispatch address and the customer’s disablement location.

With quality, cost and location within your control, you have influence over the amount of potential volume you receive.

To review your performance data and understand where you are excelling and where you have opportunities for improvement, log into Swoop and navigate to Reporting > Insights > Service Provider Performance.

*Note: Swoop will only consider providers that are signed up for the necessary service capabilities, equipment and business hours.
