Your ability to meet these metrics, combined with other criteria, has a direct impact on the volume of jobs we dispatch to you and failure to comply can put you at risk of being removed from our network.
In addition, we expect that your service vehicles are well maintained, equipped, labeled, and clean at all times, and your drivers have the appropriate safety gear and uniforms.
