Once onsite, you can collect a customer signature by clicking into the job details in the Swoop app and scrolling to the "Add Signature" button at the bottom of the page.
Click the button, have the customer sign on your phone and tap save. The signature will be added and timestamped.
If the service has a drop off location, you will be able to add a drop off contact signature as well.
