Monitoring dispatched jobs in Swoop (dispatcher)

Navigate to the Jobs Dashboard in Swoop.

The "In-Progress" Jobs table lists the jobs you have dispatched to drivers.

In Progress Table SwoopYou can review all details of the job here, including the Job ID, the date/time it was created, the driver dispatched, the truck they are in and other important details. If desired, you can customize color coding by job status in settings (review article).

Status: The status of each of these jobs in noted the "Status" column (dispatched, en route, on site, towing, tow destination, complete). 

ETA:

  • When you accept the job, the ETA column will note your submitted ETA (see first line above). This number will count down as time progresses, indicating the amount of time left before the ETA runs out. When the countdown reaches 0 or goes beyond the submitted ETA, the text will turn red (see second and third lines below).
  • Once your driver is en route, with GPS on, the ETA column will also show the driver's approximate time to arrival at the service site.
  • Ex. 10 mins (15 mins) means 10 minutes out from service site, with 15 minutes remaining before ETA expires.

Tracking: Once your driver is en route, you will be able to see the driver's current location on the map view on your Fleet page and within the job details.
