Setting up mobile notifications

In-App notifications are enabled by default and cannot be configured. These push notification features include:

  • Notifications to multiple dispatchers on new jobs and updates to jobs
  • Driver notifications on new job assignments and updates to jobs
  • Simply opening the notification to land right in Swoop Towing app

To receive these on your mobile device, ensure your phone's settings are enabled for notifications.
