Setting Up Mobile App Notifications

Swoop notifications are configurable for all Swoop users. You can customize how each member of your team receives notifications, including mobile app push notifications.

To enable push notifications, simply update the Swoop app from the App or Google Play store, or download it from the App Store on iOS or Android. In-App notifications are enabled by default.

Our push notification features include:

  • Notifications to multiple dispatchers on new jobs and updates to jobs
  • Driver notifications on new job assignments and updates to jobs
  • Simply opening the notification to land right in Swoop Towing app

We also offer 

  • Phone calls
  • Text notifications

To update your own notifications, log into app.joinswoop.com. Go to: Settings > Configure > My Notifications. 

If you're an admin, you can update notification settings for your entire team by logging into app.joinswoop.com. and visiting Settings > Users.

 

How do I download the Swoop Towing app?
If you don't have the Swoop Towing app yet, or do not have automatic updates enabled, follow the links below to get the newest versions:
